This is a first home for a young family. The design is the Syrah (under 2000 sq ft), with minor modifications to suit the owners. It is a total of 1632 heated square feet, with an unfinished room over the garage. We built this efficient and beautiful home in Fuquay Varina for K. and J.C. on their lot for under $80 per square foot!
